Capri, a must is the famous caprese salad and pasta with “Frutti di Mare”. Finishing up with a glass of Limoncello or Sgroppino, a slushy delicious combination of lemon sorbet, vodka, and prosecco. It’s common in Italy as a palate cleanser or as dessert. With your morning Cappuccino try the lovely speciality of the island “Torta Caprese”, made of chocolate and almonds, without any yeast and flour. Buon appetito !

Salvatore Ferragamo Resort Spring-Summer 2013 Collection was the first time a fashion show has ever been organized in the interior of a historical museum.

Salvatore Ferragamo presented his collection, designed by Massimiliano Giornetti, at an exclusive event held in the spectacular scenery of the Louvre Museum. The elegant and sophisticated venue was chosen to highlight a collection which demonstrations style and sophistication at its best.

“We are very pleased to have this unique opportunity,” said Ferruccio Ferragamo, Ferragamo Group President. “It’s the first time the museum has granted the use of the peristyle Denon for a fashion show, and we are proud to bring our Italian style and history to such a spectacular and unique space as the Louvre Museum.”
The famous luxury brand “Made in Italy,” one of the largest and best known in the world, is the exclusive sponsor of the exhibition.

Popped by Prada to cool down in the air condition and to have a look at their goodies. It’s like a candy store for grown ups. Prada is now also opening up a store in Stockholm. Sweden is going strong now and have manage not to fall deep in the economic crises, like the rest of Europe.
Prada is also in the top 5 chart of the best selling luxury brands. Probably thanks to their innovating style and research of materials. The craftsmanship and quality that stands in time, also helps, as well as always being one step ahead.
